By accessing or using Agent Filter ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

Description of Service

Agent Filter is a realtor comparison platform for home sellers in Ontario, Canada. We provide tools to compare agents based on commission rates, sales data, and other publicly available information.

Early Access Program

Agents who sign up for the "First 250" early access program receive 3 years of premium access at no cost. This offer is limited to the first 250 eligible agents and is non-transferable.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the operation of the Platform
• Scrape or harvest data from the Platform without permission

Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any agent data displayed on the Platform. Users should independently verify any information before making decisions.

Limitation of Liability

Agent Filter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
