Agent Filter ("we", "us", "our") operates a realtor comparison platform for home sellers in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains how we handle your personal information.
What We Collect
When you sign up for early access, we collect:
- Your first name
- Your email address
We also collect anonymized profile-view counts for public agent pages.
Each view stores only a truncated hash of your IP and browser (reset
daily), plus truncated referrer and browser strings. No IP address,
user identifier, or precise location is ever persisted. Canadian
visitors are not geolocated. We respect Do Not Track — when your
browser sends DNT: 1 or X-Do-Not-Track: 1,
the view is not counted.
How We Use Your Information

We will never sell your personal information to third parties.
